VanWright, who has served as Vice President of Business Development since April 2021, brings to the presidency a deep-rooted understanding of QPSI’s operations and customer-centric strategies. In his previous role, he was instrumental in expanding QPSI’s client base and optimizing business development strategies. Under his leadership, the sales and project management teams flourished, reinforcing QPSI’s reputation for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

VanWright began his journey with QPSI working in warehousing, planning, supply chain, , operations, and marketing before becoming a key sales representative. This multifaceted experience has provided him with a comprehensive view of the business, equipping him to lead with both strategic insight and operational awareness.
He holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Ursinus College, where he was a standout football player and team captain, an early demonstration of his leadership and team-building qualities. VanWright continues to bring that same teamwork ethos to his professional life.
In stepping into this new role, VanWright will carry forward the legacy of Mike Ricketts, who founded QPSI in 1992 and scaled it into a global leader through visionary entrepreneurship and strategic acquisitions. Ricketts will remain active in his role as Chief Executive Officer, continuing to steer the company’s long-term strategy and growth initiatives.
